Ignorance

In a heart of bitter rage, Comes the breath of beast and man. Where darkness shall never see a face as grand, Through the gates, With Lucifer’s face extended in rock upon the ground. How is this so? That ignorance shall come to this door, Where men have died and past. In great wars that will never die— Never fade— Because the horror still clinches our thoughts. Dragging me on hooks of pain, With a captured hope— Where ignorance shall come to be, On wings of broken deeds.
